Prior to founding the Primary Capital Group Malcolm was a senior investment advisor and stockholder of Royal LePage Realty, Canada's largest real estate brokerage firm. In this role he managed the firm's investment division specializing in the acquisition and syndication of investment properties in Canada and United States on behalf of an international clientele. In 1980, he founded the Primary Capital Group to provide private equity combined with strategic financial and management advice to promising early stage and high growth ventures in the natural resource, oil and gas, and technology fields. Malcolm has served as a director of a number of public companies listed on the TSX, NASDAQ, American Stock Exchange and the AIM Market in the United Kingdom.

Don is an experienced senior management leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies for profitable international business ventures. Prior to forming Primary Capital Group Don enjoyed a successful investment banking career in senior management positions including Managing Director of the investment banking group at Canaccord Capital's Western Canadian office and more than 10 years as a senior member of the Investment Banking Group at Burns Fry, now Nesbitt Burns. Don serves as a director of a number of public companies listed on the Canadian TSX exchange and AIM Market in the United Kingdom.

Anthony is a seasoned business executive and entrepreneur with a successful track record as an early stage investor and business founder. His areas of expertise are corporate finance, business development and strategic management. He is regularly engaged in developing strategic and financial plans for early stage and high growth companies. Anthony holds a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia and a MBA from the Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom. Anthony is a director of several public and private companies, both in Canada and the United States.
